Job Description

As a Hotel Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Bolton, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and efficient staff management. You will report directly to the Hotel Manager and play a key role in maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and standards.
  • Track and report on hotel performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding operational updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role
