Mini Bar Attendant

Job Description

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for stocking, maintaining, and selling products from the mini bar in guest rooms at our luxury hotel. Your role will involve ensuring that all items are available and presented impeccably, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Check stock levels and restock the mini bar as per guest demands.
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of all mini bar items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional beverages and snacks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all guest areas and the mini bar setup.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collect and process payment transactions efficiently.
• Assist in training new team members on mini bar operations and standards.
• Participate in inventory audits and assist in maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing schedules or priorities within the team.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but food and beverage service experience is beneficial.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.

Technical Skills

• POS Systems
• Inventory Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
