Job Description

As a Room Service Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests in their hotel rooms. You will ensure that orders are accurate and comply with our hotel's high service standards.

• Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
• Provide attentive service and respond to guest needs.
• Keep the room service area clean and orderly.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Food safety training certification

Experience

• Experience in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
