Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will manage a dynamic team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel.
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to achieve operational goals.
  • Conduct evaluations and provide feedback on housekeeping staff performance.
  • Order and manage cleaning supplies efficiently.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback regarding cleanliness.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff on repairs needed in guest rooms.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in hotel housekeeping with supervisory experience
