Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our prestigious hotel in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement staffing plans and training programs.
  • Analyze financial data and create budgets.
  • Manage the hotel's social media presence and online reviews.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • MBA in Hospitality Management is desirable

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in hospitality
