Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Food Quality Control Officer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in food safety regulations and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments related to food safety.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting food quality standards.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control team.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Quality Assurance is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a food production environment

• Microbiological Testing

Certifications

• ISO 22000 Certification
• Food Safety Level 2

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with LEAN Methodologies: Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles is a plus.
