Job Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage logistics for multiple events simultaneously.
  • Utilise event management software and tools to streamline planning processes.
  • Supervise on-site event staff to ensure efficient operation.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to increase event attendance.
  • Bring innovative ideas and best practices to enhance event experiences.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for events.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, venues, and contacts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field
  • Additional certifications in event planning are a plus
  • Project Management Software Proficient in using software tools for project management.
  • Budget Management Skilled in managing budgets and optimizing costs.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in event management: Experience implementing eco-friendly solutions in events.
  • Networking skills with industry professionals: Established contacts with vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
