Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Exhibition Coordinator to manage our diverse range of events in Stockport. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of event planning including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning process for exhibitions and events, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Evaluate venues and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor event progress and adapt plans as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and support for event staff and volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
