Responsibilities
Supervise daily front desk operations for a team of 5-10 staff members.
Ensure guest satisfaction through effective conflict resolution.
Schedule staff hours and delegate duties effectively.
Prepare reports related to guest feedback and service performance.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
Ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
Assist with online booking systems and guest inquiries.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Business or related field is advantageous

3+ years in hotel operations or customer service
