Job Description
As an Admittance Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests at various events. Your primary responsibility will be to manage entrance procedures and ensure crowd control, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Check and validate tickets as guests arrive at the venue.
Assist guests with directions and information about the event.
Maintain a calm demeanor during busy times to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure guest safety.
Stay vigilant to identify any crowd control issues promptly.
Participate in pre-event briefings to understand specific responsibilities.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Document any incidents that occur during the event.
Provide support to vendors and staff as needed during events.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of entry control systems.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in a similar position or event management is advantageous.
