Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager at Prestige Hotels Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations in York. You will ensure that our guests have a memorable stay by managing staff effectively, maintaining standards of service, and optimising hotel performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the hotel team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Conduct staff meetings to discuss performance and set goals.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for contracts and pricing.
  • Ensure all staff comply with uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in luxury hotels is preferred.
