Job Description

As our new Hotel Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming hotel operations in Bolton. Your expertise in the hospitality sector will enable hotels to optimise their processes and enhance overall guest experiences, ensuring industry-leading standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve guest engagement strategies.
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to hotel management.
  • Meet with hotel staff to gather feedback and implement changes.
  • Review guest feedback and satisfaction surveys to inform recommendations.
  • Support financial planning and budget management for hotel operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Additional certifications in hospitality management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operational roles within hotels
