Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Crab Backer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious crab dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Support the ordering and receiving of crab products, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist the Sales team in promotional activities.

Requirements

Education

• Culinary Arts Degree

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in seafood preparation

Technical Skills

• Advanced Seafood Preparation

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Creative Recipe Development: Ability to develop and experiment with new crab recipes.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Practices: Understanding of sustainable seafood sourcing and practices.
