Job Description

As a Baggage Porter and Bellhop at our luxury hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Your role will involve managing luggage, providing information, and offering assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize luggage for incoming and outgoing guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new staff on standard procedures and guest services.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve service delivery and guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional certification is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role within luxury hotels is preferred
