Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spice Mixer to join our team. As a Spice Mixer, you will be responsible for blending and mixing various spices to create high-quality spice blends. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of different spices and their properties. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch products to our clients!

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix spices according to custom recipes.
• Keep accurate records of all spice blends created.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and notify management of issues.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Support the quality assurance team during audits and inspections.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Help manage inventory levels and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in food handling and safety are beneficial.

Experience

• Experience with a wide variety of spices and creating unique blends is advantageous.
