Job Description

As a Catering Supervisor in Telford, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service. You will lead a team of staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation across all catering services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and local vendors.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Review catering contracts and negotiate terms as necessary.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative catering ideas.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Relevant Culinary/Catering Training

Experience

• Experience in a supervisory role within the food services industry is valued

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
