Job Description

Join our team as a Bellhop Service Captain, overseeing the bellhop services in a prestigious hotel. You'll be responsible for managing luggage handling and ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the bellhop service team.
  • Ensure all guest requests are accommodated promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement new standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment, encouraging open communication.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their stay and build rapport.
  • Implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and enhance service quality.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and service levels for management.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk and Concierge to facilitate guest services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Hospitality management qualification (preferred)
Experience
  • Prior experience in luxury hotel environments is a plus
