Job Description
Join our team as a Bellhop Service Captain, overseeing the bellhop services in a prestigious hotel. You'll be responsible for managing luggage handling and ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the bellhop service team.
Ensure all guest requests are accommodated promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement new standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Foster a positive team environment, encouraging open communication.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with guests to enhance their stay and build rapport.
Implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and enhance service quality.
Prepare reports on team performance and service levels for management.
Coordinate with the Front Desk and Concierge to facilitate guest services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational discussions.
Requirements
Education
Hospitality management qualification (preferred)
Experience
Prior experience in luxury hotel environments is a plus
