Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Door Captain to manage entry points, ensuring security and excellent customer service in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will handle access control and assist guests, maintaining a safe atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the access control procedures to ensure compliance with venue policies.
  • Assist guests with directions and information about the venue.
  • Actively monitor crowds and manage crowd control during peak times.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary for security incidents.
  • Adapt to different security needs according to event types.
  • Encourage feedback from guests to improve security services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss security updates and procedures.
  • Ensure the area remains tidy and welcoming for visitors.
  • Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma
  • College diploma in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in security or customer service roles.
