You'll be responsible for understanding clients’ preferences, recommending suitable travel packages, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Utilize booking systems to finalize travel arrangements efficiently.
• Foster partnerships with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the travel team.
• Deliver exceptional service to enhance the client experience and encourage referrals.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in travel consultancy or related field

Technical Skills

• Online booking platforms
• Customer relationship management (CRM)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
• ABTA Membership (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Additional languages (desirable): Varied
