Job Description

As our Boat Captain, you'll be responsible for navigating our fleet of boats and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service while adhering to maritime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pilot boats along designated routes while ensuring timely arrivals and safety standards.
• Oversee crew activities and ensure smooth operations during excursions.
• Monitor weather conditions and adapt plans accordingly for safety.
• Interact with passengers to enhance their experience and handle any inquiries or issues.
• Maintain and update all safety equipment and emergency provisions.
• Assist in the scheduling of maintenance and repairs for vessels when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative environment among crew members and promote teamwork.
• Implement safety drills and training sessions for crew and passengers.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant educational qualifications in Maritime Studies or Navigation.

Experience

• Proven experience managing and operating boats of various sizes.
