We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Event Planner to join our growing team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing a variety of events, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple events concurrently, ensuring each runs smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and objectives.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Create event agendas, schedules, and workflows.
Monitor event budgets and process invoices and expenses.
Organise post-event evaluations with clients and team members.
Stay current with industry trends to ensure innovative event offerings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
5+ years of event planning experience including corporate events
