Job Description

As a Hotel Receptionist in our Belfast location, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your duties will include managing front desk operations, handling phone inquiries, and assisting with guest services. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a smile and assist them through the check-in process.
  • Coordinate room assignments and manage availability.
  • Respond to guest questions about local attractions and dining options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage group reservations and special requests.
  • Assist with concierge duties, such as booking transportation or tours.
  • Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Qualification in hospitality management is desirable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role within the hospitality industry
