Responsibilities
Create and produce high-quality pastry items for service.
Innovate new desserts and suggesting improvements to existing recipes.
Oversee the stock of ingredients and maintain supply levels.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area.
Requirements
Education
City & Guilds diploma in culinary arts or equivalent qualification

2+ years of experience in a pastry kitchen environment
