Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in Harlow. You will play a pivotal role in preparing exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring our customers experience the finest culinary delights.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce high-quality pastry items for service.
  • Innovate new desserts and suggesting improvements to existing recipes.
  • Oversee the stock of ingredients and maintain supply levels.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area.

Requirements

Education
  • City & Guilds diploma in culinary arts or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a pastry kitchen environment
