• Facilitate engaging, informative tours that highlight the park's diversity.
• Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Help visitors navigate the park and educate them about local flora and fauna.
• Report maintenance issues and assist in upkeep of park grounds.
• Oversee park activities and ensure a respectful environment.
• Collaborate with teams to organise educational events for various audiences.
• Encourage visitor feedback and adapt tours to enhance experiences.
• Be proactive in promoting environmental conservation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of tours and visitor interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Communication Exceptional communication skills to engage visitors effectively.
• Knowledge of Ecology Solid understanding of local flora and fauna.
• Customer Service Proven skills in managing visitor experiences positively.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Sales or Marketing Experience: Experience in promoting events or attractions within the park.
• Knowledge of Local Flora and Fauna: Familiarity with the area's wildlife and plants enhances visitor interactions.
