Job Description

As a Hotel Supervisor in Bolton, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and hospitality while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring a hassle-free check-in/check-out process.
• Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, and goals.
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback to staff.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Support marketing efforts to promote hotel events and services.
• Participate in staff recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist in budget management and cost reduction strategies.
• Oversee event management and coordination services.
• Encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
