Job Description

As a Lunchroom Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our cafeteria runs smoothly. You will assist in serving meals, maintain cleanliness, and provide top-notch customer service to all users.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve meals according to established recipes.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and ready for customers.
• Adhere to food safety protocols during food handling and storage.
• Manage cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Assist in training new team members in lunchroom procedures.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improving service quality.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
• Assist with special events or catering as required.
• Document inventory usage and report on shortages.
