Job Description

The Offal Roller will be responsible for preparing and processing animal organs and tissues for use in food products. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of meat processing, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Roll offal in accordance with company specifications.
• Sort, grade, and pack meat products accurately.
• Understand and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain machinery and report any malfunctions.
• Support quality assurance processes to meet production standards.

Requirements

Education

• Preferably some experience in food production or meat processing.

Experience

• Previous experience in a relevant role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
