As a Hotel Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel's operational efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service, and assist in managing staff to create a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a high standard of service.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and feedback.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve service quality.
• Create detailed reports analysing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotional events or packages.
• Implement and manage staff schedules and payroll.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or management
