You will work closely with our kitchen team to develop new offerings and ensure that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every dish.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute elegant dessert presentations that enhance the dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold sanitation protocols during pastry preparation.
  • Manage time effectively to complete pastry production efficiently.
  • Experiment with new baking techniques and flavours, contributing to creativity within the kitchen.
  • Assist with ordering supplies and managing kitchen costs related to pastry production.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in high-end pastry kitchens
