The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage daily travel operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in travel arrangements.
  • Evaluate client feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Prepare reports on travel operations and team performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to promote travel services.
  • Maintain relationships with travel industry stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of travel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
  • MBA in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the travel industry
