Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end culinary environments, demonstrating creativity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Create innovative menu offerings to attract and retain diners.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage kitchen expenses and food waste.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
  • Participate in menu tastings and food presentations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Hospitality management degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
