Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bolton location. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of guest service, staff management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Train and develop team members to elevate service delivery.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies efficiently.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Analyse guest feedback and implement changes to improve service.
  • Monitor and manage budget expenditures effectively.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within hotel operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
