We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Renowned Bakery. This role involves creating breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet our customer demands and maintain our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute baking schedules to ensure timely product availability.
• Experiment with new recipes and display creativity in product development.
• Train and mentor junior bakers under your guidance.
• Ensure that all baking tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
• Respond to customer inquiries about baked products and services.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience as a Night Baker or working overnight shifts will be beneficial.
