Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our Cambridge team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of travel products and destinations, along with excellent communication skills to assist clients in planning unforgettable holidays. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing bookings, and offering tailored travel solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding travel regulations and restrictions.
  • Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client preferences.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings.
  • Create and manage social media content to promote travel packages.
  • Engage with clients post-travel to obtain feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep offerings competitive.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing.
  • Offer discounts or promotions to increase client engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Travel and Tourism or equivalent
  • Certification in Travel Consultancy is a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
