Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Technician to join our team in Telford. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met during the production process. You will work closely with our production team to maintain smooth operations and ensure product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Assist in the preparation of production schedules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Participate in safety and hygiene audits.
• Keep accurate records of production data and quality checks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
• Support the development of training materials for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Food Science or Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing roles
