Bus Drivers, Transit and Intercity

Job Description

We are seeking professional and experienced Bus Drivers for Transit and Intercity routes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exemplary customer service on each journey.

Responsibilities

• Operate charter coach vehicles to transport passengers to various destinations in the UK.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers on board the coach.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and driving laws while operating the vehicle.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the Transportation Manager.
• Communicate with passengers and provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to the transportation service.

Requirements

Education

• Valid UK driving license with a D1 or D category
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a coach driver

Technical Skills

• Excellent driving skills
• Knowledge of UK tourist destinations

Soft Skills

• Customer service
• Calm under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of London routes: Familiarity with transport routes within the Greater London area.
• First aid certification: Relevant certification to assist passengers as needed.
