Responsibilities

• Operate distillation equipment to produce high-quality spirits.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of distillation hardware.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Control distillation processes, ensuring optimal conditions.
• Evaluate product samples for quality assurance.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Diagnose and rectify any issues that arise in the distillation operation.
• Work with team members to enhance distillation workflows.
• Oversee the storage of raw materials and manage inventory levels.
• Support the packaging team with final product preparations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in distillation or relevant field is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in the distillery industry or familiarity with distillation equipment is advantageous.
