Job Description

The Shrimp Header is responsible for overseeing all shrimp processing operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and optimizing production efficiency. This role demands strong leadership skills and a knack for quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee shrimp processing activities.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety protocols throughout the facility.
  • Document and report production metrics and performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting on production lines as needed.
  • Enhance training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in seafood processing or a related role.
