Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Gastronomy UK in Edinburgh. If you have a flair for preparing exquisite dishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to run the kitchen smoothly.
Prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Assist in inventory control and menu costings.
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Ensure the team works efficiently and effectively.
Encourage a positive team culture and lead by example.
Address any guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
Education
Culinary Degree or equivalent
Specialised training in pastry or a specific cuisine is a plus
Experience
3+ years in a high-pressure kitchen environment
