Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations at our venue in Manchester. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage services, ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the food and beverage department operations.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Establish menus in collaboration with culinary teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in community events to promote the venue.
  • Foster a positive working environment and team culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expenditures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Science
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience managing food and beverage outlets
