Job Description
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students in a dynamic learning environment. This role involves aiding teachers in instructional activities, managing student behaviour, and promoting a positive atmosphere for academic success.
Responsibilities
Manage the study hall area, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Provide academic support and assistance to students across various subjects.
Monitor student behaviour and enforce study hall regulations.
Organise study groups and tutoring sessions as needed.
Keep detailed records of student attendance and performance.
Work closely with teachers to identify student needs and strategies.
Support teachers in the preparation of materials for lessons.
Ensure all resources are well-maintained and available for students.
Deliver feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.
Contribute to the development of study hall policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant qualifications in education are desirable
Experience
Prior experience in an educational environment is preferred
