As a Recreational Activities Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and delivery of varied recreational programmes aimed at individuals of diverse backgrounds. Your creativity and enthusiasm will assist in crafting an engaging environment for our participants.

Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out initial assessments to understand participant capabilities and preferences.
  • Design and update activity plans based on participant feedback and interests.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for volunteers assisting in activities.
  • Handle administrative duties related to maintaining records of participation and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials to promote activities.
  • Participate in community outreach to increase awareness of available recreational programmes.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in recreational therapy or a related field is preferred
  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creativity Ability to design engaging and inclusive programmes.
  • Empathy Compassionate understanding of individuals requiring care.
  • Teamwork Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • English (Fluent)
