Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Sciences Manager to lead our research initiatives and manage scientific teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of natural science disciplines and have a proven track record in project management and staff leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of student engagement strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, especially those in crisis.
  • Work with various departments to ensure alignment of student services.
  • Facilitate workshops and programmes to promote personal development.
  • Supervise staff and student volunteers involved in student life.
  • Ensure effective communication of student policies and resources.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of student life initiatives.
  • Engage with student feedback to adapt services and programmes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for student affairs.
  • Advocate for students’ needs with senior leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Student Affairs or Higher Education Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in student affairs or related field
