Job Description

As a Plater Helper, you will play a vital role in assisting our skilled platers with the construction and fabrication of steel structures. This position involves supporting various tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Help platers with the assembly of steel parts and components.
• Assist in the operation of machinery such as grinders and saws.
• Keep the work site organized and manage supplies efficiently.
• Support quality checks by ensuring all work meets specifications.
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required. However, relevant certification in fabrication or welding is a plus.

Experience

• No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.
