You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating staff, and implementing strategies to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the store's daily activities while keeping a keen focus on customer experience.
• Inspire and guide staff, driving engagement and retention.
• Strategically drive sales performance while managing operational costs.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and displays meet company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends.
• Develop effective strategies to increase customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager on store improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management

Languages

• English: Fluent
