Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

  • Track and report on inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in management are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in retail with management responsibilities
