Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Retail Strategy Analyst to join our team in Southampton. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our retail operations and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in retail strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current retail strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings.
  • Collect and analyse data on competitor activities and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for strategic planning.
  • Support the rollout of new retail initiatives and monitor outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder input on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline
  • Master’s degree in Retail Management preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic or analytical role within retail
