Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our Newport team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, implementing efficient procedures, and coordinating with various departments to optimise stock management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance inventory systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
  • Provide insights to management regarding inventory trends and necessary adjustments.
  • Establish safety stock levels to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Generate reports on inventory performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the inventory operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management
