Job Description

As a Hotel Front Desk Manager in Bolton, you will be at the forefront of our guest service operations, managing a team of front desk staff to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Train and mentor new team members for success in their roles.
  • Utilize software systems for efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of room supplies and equipment.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during guest stays.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and events.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in hotel management or guest services
Technical Skills
  • PMS (Property Management System)
