Job Description

As a Retail Manager in our Cardiff location, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales performance. You'll work closely with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining our brand's values and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field is preferred

• 5+ years of retail management experience
